Lowest Hitpoints

I've always wondered what it'd be like to start with a 6 Con, because of all the "drama" and rant threads we see on these forums.

So I started an Elf Sorcerer.

And then I wanted to have the lowest possible amount of hitpoints.
So I gathered as many -Con items I could find (Bloodrage Symbiont -2 and Phantasmic masque -1), and crafted 2 one-handed weapons contradicting with my alignment for the negative levels.

I took a Monk level so I could go into Wind Stance (for an additional -2 Con).
I am currently level 9 (8 sorc/1 monk). I have trouble with traps that are difficult to avoid and spells that do unresistable damage (light spells from clerics), but other than that my character is doing just as OK as an average character.

I can buff myself and remove all the negative gear to get to 110-ish HP.

I bought a 3rd item that gives a negative level through Taint of Evil, but it didn't lower my HP below 9. So I'm thinking it's not possible to lower it more than 1hp/lvl.

There is an artificer spell that reduces your hp by 10% each time you cast it. Would that land you with fewer hp?

After that, use a silver flame pot before reducing your con to 1?

Have fun with that.

That 20 "Feat Bonus" isn't Toughness, it's Heroic Durability, and unfortunately is awarded upon character creation.

I'm sorry, my Shroud runs require a minimum of 10 hit points.

Look that way. Without the negetive lvl it looks like you'll be at 5 hp

My buddy got his lvl 19 (maybe 18?) artificer down to 19 HP without dumping con or anything using that positive energy infusion.

Well the problem is 10% of 9HP would be a reduction of 0HP

When I join PUGs sometimes they don't even notice my HP ...

I play in permadeath. About a year ago, I came up with a style of character-building to challenge my guild even further. I called it Torp.

Rules:
Minimum CON by race
No Toughness feat
No con items, enhancement or otherwise, nor anything that would increase your hp, like the Minos.
No CON shrine on the ship
Basically, nothing that would increase CON or HP.

It made for challenging fun!

...so.. about getting rid of dungeon scaling all together in difficulties other than casual and slightly-less-casual (aka normal) ..

But I am curious, how do you fare in at level elite quests even with the dungeon scaling easy ride?

Man, I question the realism of D&D hp's sometimes. Like this vorpal sword hits you across the throat for 170 damage. But it's no big deal...you've got 700hp's. Yeah, that slash that is spurting blood? JUST A FLESH WOUND!
