Hi. Due to a bug my character never got to choose "free" spells as he levelled up (reported and ignored by turbine - thanks).
I need scrolls of Negative Energy Burst and Dimension Door to inscribe into my spellbook.. They are never on the AH.

Found NEB on AH
I found a negative energy burst scroll on the AH so problem solved no thanks to Turbine.
