Default Getting to Quests in Wilderness Areas

Please remove the feature that prevents you from entering a wilderness area to reach a quest whose entrance is in a public area totally enclosed within the wilderness area. For instance, Shroud is accessed from Meridia, which is reached by crossing the Vale wilderness area. Once a player has joined a group doing Shroud, they are prevented from entering Vale in order to go to Meridia and enter the dungeon. While it is true that navigators on guild airships can transport you to Meridia if you have found all the explorer sites, that means you have to hope that someone in the party belongs to a guild with a navigator on their airship. I think it would be easier to just remove the restriction about passing through the wilderness area to get to the quest entrance.

You may look at the whole proccess of going through the wilderness area as a "test" to see if you're ready for the quest. Not ideal, but that's one way to look at it.
As for the shroud: that's really not a good example. You have a 12 people in the party, one of them surely has a ship with a navigator, or another that can Greater Teleport you to Meridia. And you only need to be in Meridia once to be able to fly there, regardless to the explorerers.

On the other hand, Master Artificer has a terrible route to get to, but on the other hand, having such hard time to get there showed me that my party is not half ready for the quest (And we indeed failed it), so again, just look at it as a test.

To adjust your suggestion: MAke it possible to access the quest instantly from a public area, once you've been at it at least once (Sort of like having the ability to fly to Meridia, necropolis, sands from an airship)

(I like the routes to HoX and VoD because you get to collect planar shards on the way :P)

    Default no

if they allowed 12 people into an explorer area they would all rampage about and rack up slayers/rares twice as fast and pwn explorer areas.

they need to limit the area to the FIRST 6 people in a party to enter the area, but still allow raid groups to enter. that way it's the same as it is now but people can run rares while waiting for a raid to fill and can get to shroud and titan and such raids without as much drama.
