    It's on the Known Issues

I have experienced that myself and it takes some time but it will eventualy work.
When it happens, I try to buy stuff from the DDO store on the Character Selection Screen. If it's not something wich depends on character/class/level, it should be ok to try there. I buy mostly TP.

Keep trying on the Character Screen. If it crashes, at least you don't have to wait to a character to load before you can try again.

    Wish you luck!

There's been a few reports of this where the player noted that if they closed the game client, went to PayPal's website directly and re-validated their account and billing options (e.g. credit card, checking account etc) even if they had done it recently, then relaunched the game purchase worked fine. I'd recommend testing that just to see if there's any change.

No change. Numerous tries, ingame, at character screen. Changing, updating, calling paypal service to refresh accout. Still no change. The client crashed at the logging screen.
