Which class should I make next?

My first toon is a 32 point first life THF barbarian and am getting to the point where I get on timer for everything interesting with him and struggle to find something to do.

Therefore, I am going to begin a new toon soon to play with while the barb is on timer. What should I make? I am not really interested in casters, hence why this is in the melee forum. I'd prefer something that's THF, since TWF are so much more difficult to gear.

Any suggestions?

What makes you say that "twf are much harder to gear"? Isn't it just one extra weapon?
So yeah you will need to farm shroud more, so what? :P Personaly I LOVE twf.

Back to topic, I really don't think anyone can tell YOU what YOU will like to play, you gotta have a sort of attraction to a class \ build and just go with it (assuming it's not a crazy a** completionist build or anything like that.)

Paladins, fighters, bards, warforged Favored Souls - Those all work pretty well with THF (Although I heard that fighters and paladins produce much better DPS with TWF).
Arcane archers seem to cause a ton of damage.

Again, either "Follow your heart" or be a bit more specific on what kind of guy you want to play.

I was really considering a fighter.

Also, you say that I should go TWF? The thing is that green steel aren't really the best anymore; ideally, for the epic raids you want alchemical or epic weapons, like maybe Epic Chaosblades. Getting two of those is very laborious.

I am really not experienced enough to answer that.
The way I see it, new and better weapons and items will always show up, and make us hunt them forever and ever.
Personaly I just use greensteel, I Am more than happy with the damage I deal, I don't have any need for something better, even though I know that there are better items.
