Ive been using the Chrono gear on my new low lvl Wizard, it has Conjuration +1 when wearing the set. Does that stack with a club the has +1 Conjuration on it or a Docent with it on it?

Nope. Only the highest DC bonus from item counts.

Chrono set doesn't give you +1 DC on conjuration spells (aka conjuration focus; unless they changed recently i admit i haven't looked at base chrono gear lately) but a +1 caster level for those spells, so you cast them as you were one lvl higher.
If it were a conjuration focus (+1 DC) it wouldn't have stacked with your +1 DC club.
