No idea why the 6 levels of rogue. If just for Assassin I then not really worth it for the 1D6 damage.

Also, even with 3 Toughness feats your HP seem kind of light.

Not really sure of what you are trying to accomplish.
Don't take me too seriously. I'm from Khyber.

    Haste Boost 2 only?
15 Str? My twf AC pally started with 15str and sits at 46 in Epics.

I wouldn't call a fighter build "excellent DPS" without haste boost 4.

EDIT: A critical hit master would have Kensai 3 at least for 16-20 crits on a Khopesh.

6 levels of rogue was meant for the +20 bonus to critical hits and sneak attack and traps/evasion and as well UMD

I have a toon like this. I loved doing the trapping stuff and the versatlity as a rogue but I couldn't stand being so squishy, so my goal was to plan out a toon that could do epic traps yet still be able to take some hits to the face and dish out good dps (not the best but good). I wanted to keep hide and ms high but in hindsight I would have boosted bluff more and picked up more spot insted (easy to substitute with the builder I'll post). A few notes about why I didn't end up with your set up: seven rogue is an extra sneak att die and extra skill points, barb dose have extra skill points compaired to fighter, but so does monk, and monk will give you a feat (who cares if your centered), yes barb will give you rage, but not much of one, it wont last long, you wont have many, you'll have to carry resto pots, and you cant do traps or UMD srcolls. All these are reasons I ended up with my end build.

and as far as skill breakdown goes
    needed for epics 56
    base 24 + 20 item (or 15 + stacking 5) + 3 6stat item + 2 good luck + 4 gh + 3 from an easy and cheap tier 2 skills item (made my dex a tier 3 air gaurd hp and int a tier two)
Nice, Although this is meant to be a crit master (the main reason i applied this as a crit master is)

    Rogue assassinate teir 1 skills
    the boosts to your criting
+20 bonus to confirm critical hit
    Kensai Bonus
and who would like some more hp and con for the barb bonus
^ this is the reason i though of it

Originally it was gonna be a strength rogue assassin
yet i wanted to make a critical hit master so this is why i thought of it

    About the barbarian rage
Yes it makes most of your buttons useless, but the barb rage is meant for just more damage and hit points
Just do not rage up disabling and your fine

Fighters always confirm their crits. Every. Single. Time. With. Out. Fail. It's what they do. No fighter should EVER fail to confirm a critical hit unless their foe has fortification. If you cannot be sure you're going to confirm that crit, then you rolled a bad fighter.

I dont see how, when i made a level 4 fighter during the time i was favor farming i never confirmed my crit even when i have high str or con <--- which usually i never do that way

but where do you get this information that fighters (always confirm critical hits?)

ok, there is clearly a few things that need to be cleared up here:

the difference between Confirming Critical Hits and Critical Hit Damage.

confirming your critical hits is you rolling to see whether your critical does score on the enemy. and you can never base anything based off of what they play like at level 4, or really any of the lower levels. a level 20 build needs to be based on what they do at level 20. and at level 20, a fighter will confirm they're critical hit. Every.Single.Time. therefore, you have no need to take those 6 levels of rogue.

spalshing 2 barbarian for a little bit more hp isnt worth it when you see what you are giving up

if you want to be a "crit master" (wont go into the name), take your fighter levels to 18 so you can take the kensai 3 enhancement, which will make your khopesh's crit range 16-20/x3

still do not understand, i thought a +20 bonus to confirm a critical hit is better than taking 18 levels of fighter
The reason for this is it seems to me as it = an auto crit since when i was on my rogue and did this i tended to see a difference in damage activating this ability. i mean like normally my 6 levels of rogue its a crit at least 3-5 times on a monster but when activating the ability it was 4-7 times more. So this is the reason i think it should be a critical hit master... True there is monsters with fort, but i mean monsters without fort.
    (Fort = fortification)

    http://ddowiki.com/page/Confirmation_roll

in short confirming crits is determined by your to-hit+d20 roll, taking 6 rogue levels lowers your to hit thus lowering your critical confirmation, and dps. While you may think +20 to confirm crits is good, at level 4 it would be, at 20 any fighter should have a to-hit high enough to confirm crits on a 1, if they don't, well then they look like this build.

That's just wrong.. and freaking hillarious. LMAO.

By the way, you still fail to confirm crits on a confirmation roll of natural 1, don't you?

Nope, you can still confirm on a 1 with a high to hit, wiki even says so

SS please. The wiki is often wrong, and this would be counter to the SRD.

I am aware of how critical hits work in several editions of the game.

DDO is supposed to follow the 3.0/3.5 SRD as far as skills and attack rolls are concerned, thus my comment.

Again, SS or it didn’t happen.
