Friends list problem

I was playing around, adding names from Baldur's Gate II to my friends list to see which were taken. When I tried Yoshimo, a character named Yoshimo-1 was added to my list. However, when I tried removing him from the list, I got an error message saying that Yoshimo-1 doesn't exist. I sent a ticket to resolve this issue, and got this as a reply:

"The issue you have described is either not a currently known issue that the In-Game Support team can assist with, or cannot be resolved with the information you have provided. We recommend that you take a moment to submit a formal bug report at this url: http://forums.ddo.com/new_bug.php?. Really? You can't just manually delete him from my list? Was my request even read at all? This is the second time I've gotten the same kind of reply. First time was when I noticed that smite evil doesn't work with handwraps. As for that situation, I can see that a bug report was more appropriate than a ticket. But here? A simple action by a GM and my problem would be resolved.

All I'm asking is to remove Yoshimo-1 from my friends list. Character: Everwake, server: Ghallanda. Thanks in advance.

Nos that seems to be the reply to all tickets from what I understand now. It's like they have it copied on their clipboards to automatically post everytime they see a ticket opened now.

My sister was doing the same thing; adding names to her friends list and now a Turtle-1 is stuck in her friends list.

Ha! Guess the GMs simply don't want to destroy our friendships

Try adding them to you're ignore list, I have the feeling you'll get the 'Blah blah blah said person doesn't exist' message, but you never know. Perhaps the ignore list will allow it since the friendship list does, and that should hopefully remove them too.

ya had the same thing happen in a epic quest. but we completed the quest and it wouldn't let us open the epic chest. 3 of us submitted a ticket on it and all of us got the same message form 3 differant GM's

its a joke i paided for premium 1st class service and I get a reply from a lazy gm that doesn't even take the time to send me a message ingame saying "I see what I can do" so instead I get a message saying " i don't want to do my job, make some one else do it"
