    Hence why we didnt post

Stats for those interested : 55 mins ~ 14 pots ~ less deaths ~ lotta scrolls...

Kudos to Jenaipas who has run LoB once maybe twice on normal and came in on Epic as our Light Monk and grasped his Earth Dragon like a champion...

For me the best bit was Coin over voice after Void Striking not 1 but 2 pillar bases out of existance in succession at the end. You'd think NZ had just beat Australia in the World Cup ~ oh hangon...

This is what it looked like from an outsiders perspective:

    Release week:

    LootJunkieLusties: "OOOH LOOT!!!" gottajoingottalearngottacompletegottastrategizegot tagetbizzybizzybizzy

TRLusties: "BB! Wheeeeee! Sorry I'm TRing!"

    OtherLusties: Meh

    Two weeks later:

OtherLusties: "Ok I guess we better take LOB/MA seriously now"

LootJunkieLusties: "Already built everything. Only want hard for batteries. Besides we're bored and playing bf3"

    Last Saturday night:

LootJunkieLusties: (to channel) "Wanna raid. Ok... we'll go a hard LOB if it's on offer"

    20mins later....

Coin emerges from the depths of bf3, looks online, sees a great presence of lusties. Out goes the call: "Let's do eLOB". As one the lusties say: "Sure!" (LootJunkieLusties to channel "not going hard LOB now... doing epic")

Time to buff + run down there + 55mins and it's done!

Is my general gist of events about right?

    Heh.

According to Galahad seems for cells it's 1-3 on normal, 2-4 hard, 2-5 elite and 6-8 on epic. Elite's a pita - minion debuff makes trash easier in epic, if you are organised enough for hard and have a good tank eventual epic should be possible. So normal with optional and epic, probably a the best difficulties to run at.

Hopefully after a few runs at epic cells shouldn't be a problem any more. Except for Galahad of course.

Actually props to jyrja for doing the initial forming, but running the LOB all of us have our own inputs into what we do and how to make the raid better as a guild. Having moee arv and varz ripping through the tops with manyshot while i voided the bottom pillars was priceless i admit. Jyrs + crows tank/off tank style helped us dps alot faster and complete with much better time then we could with only 1 tank.

Well done to all the lusties who healed almost flawlessly and thanks to lich and Ican for making the raid and contributing all they could to get the completion.

Weekly at least, maybe every three days if we get organised. At the moment it's a "needs your full focus" raid - more good tanks before we try make it daily.

    Congratulations Wanderlust well done.

Yes, this does take a commitment on people's part in order to do this on a consistant basis. The people have to be there because experience is golden in there. There is a definite lack of tanks on khyber heck even just your basic barbarian/fighter/paladin who is too bothered to take a simply feat like shield mastery or to go for little bit more hit points instead of just having more dps. Get it right Khyber make the sacrifice..

It doesn't take much, even on Epic, to tank it if you build a little bit for it. First Shield Mastery feat and over 150% heal amp, Not hard at all. The hard part is being able to hold the aggro from DPS while using that shield. Indeed, I, the tank, was a Kensai till U11 hit when I switched to SD. Being Warforged getting my heal amp up to snuff took some work, but even that is not that hard. Only changes I made from my Kensai to SD flip was taking shield mastery so I could take SD, and dropped a few points of HP for more HA. IF anyone wants a SS or List of Plor's Equipment I'd be happy to do it.

Jyrja, Ploratus, Alcedon, Kyrzi, Lilayn, Jaidynn, Morsus

Life is not fair, get over it now.

I have this problem, unless joining a run that Jyrja is tanking. My Pally has Shield Mastery now instead of quicken, and my SD obviously has the shield feats.

Intimidate is the key IMO, makes it much smoother. You could have the main tank tank LoB, tag and intim archers and then kite the Quori (or anyone else with intim if no decent choise to tank LoB in this time). Intim is instant agro. I love it. I will probably try that on the next Hard run...have my Pally intim the archers to make it easier and then kite the Quori and have another heal amped melee hold the LoB.
