    Default Green Steel Helm

    Hi guys,

I had a green steel helm from a year ago before i quit, so i decided i'd finally try to enchance it. I'm following the receipe to get the +6 wis, wizardry deal.

Well i made it through the first phase of it, +1 wis and like wizardry VI.. but i've noticed it doesn't give me a +1 to my wis stat when i switch it out for my +6 wis helm.

At the end of this, will it only end up giving me +6 to skill checks that are wis related?

    Thanks for the help

The tier 1 effect with Wizardry VI is a bonus to skills, not a stat. You can get +6 Wisdom on a GS item, but it has to be a combination of Neg & Pos for Existential Stalemate at Tier 2. (Edit: to clarify, by item I mean accessory. Yeah, you can make a weapon with stat bonuses if you want to)

When in doubt, check the wiki - that's what I always use for figuring out crafting stuff. http://ddowiki.com/page/Altar_of_Inv...edient_Recipes

i assume your making a concord opp item

    something like

pos - first tier wiz 6 +1 cha skills

    neg - 2nd tier +50 sps +2 int skills ( adds +10 diplomacy / +10 haggle / +6 wis )

    Pos/Neg - 3rd tier +100 sps +3 cha skills ( chance to gain (~1%) hps or spell points. )

only water and earth give wis skills but they dont give +6 wis on a item , if you made a weapon you could get wis +6 and exceptional wis +1 and +2 on it but thats it

hops this helps a little bit
