Greetings!
First off thanks Harry that was kind of you to type. It has been a pleasure watching you go from new player to high end player.
Z summed it up nicely when she pointed out some guilds are NOT designed for educating the new players. And that is how it should be. Every MMO needs a variety of guilds to cater to each of our individual wants/needs/desires.
The High Rollers were built around an unique concept in MMOs. We wanted to be a high end/end game guild who 'felt' like a new player friendly guild. It was stressed from Day One that High Rollers players should be well prepared for every quest they ran and that THEY were responible for EVERY failure even if technically it wasn't their 'fault.' I mean if we truly are 'good' players then should we not be able to carry those who are not yet? I can remember the founder being VERY miltant sometimes 'educating' his new guildies. But it was said over n over that the 1st goal was to have fun. And for some people fun includes helping Drizzzzzztttt the 114 hit point below average drow wizard become Drizzzzzzttt the 254 hit point average wizard.
As far as best LFM leaders E's ancient bio sums it up:
This Nov. Plz Vot Nissha for Raid L ad r of th Y ar!
P.S. And don't forget while E's entrance theme music is fun and exciting if you are gonna boot E from a group please use his exit theme music: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=un0JDHWJNew
