Default Helf Kensai II/Tempest I with Wizard Dilettante, advice please.

This is my first build from scratch so it probably needs tuning and improvement.
    Any advice would be appreciated.

    What I am building for:
    Nice DPS
    UMD
    Rogue Skills
    Evasion
    Scimitars

Not sure if I chose the classes at the best level to optimize it (UMD, Rogue Skills) but I think it worked fairly well.
I know Khopesh is recommended best weapon but I have a stack of scimitars from an old toon and read they are not that far behind.

Planning on switching out FE Undead to Construct after mid level.
May switch for Artificer Dilettante for the +2 on scrolls if I am having trouble using them at high level.

I welcome any suggestions, pointing out any mistakes or improvements you have to offer.
Thanks for taking the time to look it over, I appreciate it!

A variation of the Monster build?

You need to start with a 15 dex (assuming +2 tome) in order to qualify for Greater Two-Weapon Fighting.
    On Thelanis: Survo ... Wattr ... Tigerpalm ... Cranefist ... Hobbson ... Grayed ... Shadowstance ... Smashcut

I used my ability increase at level 4 to raise Dexterity to 15.
Then a +2 Dex tome at level 7 to raise it to 17.
Doesn't that qualify for Greater Two Weapon Fighting?

Seems interesting. Did not find any real flaws. A few questions though.

Why half elf? The wizard dilettante does not seem to do anything too special since you can UMD most stuff anyways. How about Rogue dilettante? The 3d6 SA you get from it does not stack with the 1d6 from rogue but you still get +2d6 which is great.

Also worth considering - elf. +2 scimis to hit and damage is pretty nice. Also IF you could fit in the dragonmarks I and II they are quite decent. Not sure what to drop though. Imp. sunder I could live without...OSTWF could be dropped since you would get +2 to scimis to put you on equal ground. That would give you nice invisibility and displacement clickies that increase survivability.

I would drop 1 from con and put to Dex so you can put all levelups to STR. That way you would not waste any build points. Or if elf up starting dex to 16 since its "cheap".

I would also get imp. crit at level 10 ASAP esp. with scimis and get OSTWF later.
