    Also: Assassinate is an ability granted with Assassin 2, which is currently obtainable with 12 rogue levels. The build in the OP has 11 rogue levels.

    Edit:

    For leveling purposes it might work out to go Rogue, Monk x9, Rogue x10 - if the skill points allow it.
