Stacking ranged alacrity?

Does anyone know if the 10% ranged alacrity on Black Dragon Scale armor stacks with the Artificer's own weapon speed bonuses?

I would imagine it would because having ranged alacrity on a trinket works. What I would want to know is if the alacrity bonus on this armor or abbot quiver stacks with gilvaenor's set.

since quiver and gilvner should add an equal amount of speed i'm going to redo

3. 46 sec

it's possible the discrepancy between time trial 2 and 3 is just due to lag. however, i'll fully confirm that gilvner and quiver stack. however, the difference is still ridiculously slight.

will stack with rapid fire / shot, but shouldnt with armor of speed or haste.

None of Haste, Action Boost Haste or Ranged Alactiry seems to affect rate of fire (I'm guessing at least RA should - I've bug reported it). Armor of Speed seems to give a very slight improvement to 93% - well off the "15% faster attack speed" listed. It could be within testing error as well.

Ranged alacrity has major issues all around. Some will stack and others will not. IIRC, Gilvanor's set will not stack with Black Dragon armor or Abbot quiver. You have to choose one of them only. And don't expect to see much of a difference. The alacrity only effects the firing rate, not the reload rate. AA's have been putting up with this for a LONG time. Considering you'll probably be using a repeater, which already fires super fast, I wouldn't put too much effort into ranged alacrity items. If you get one or craft one, cool. Otherwise, just don't worry about it.

I haven't put much effort into the range alacity thing. I have already completed two artificer lives and about to jump into a third. I crafted an alacrity shard and I think I equipped it once or twice at level 3. Never used it after that. If it did work appropriately it would be nice to have an increase the amount of bolts that are fired for the 6 second Full Sulliade. Then again too, that 6 seconds usually clears a room full of trash mobs at nearly any level.

i completely disagree here. gilvners will stack with either blackA or abbotQ. blackA or abbotQ will not stack with each other. gilvers will not stack with ranger capstone where blackA or abbotQ will. i believe ranger capstone is 10% despite what the text for it says. this is why people still think blackA or abbotQ do not stack with gilvner.
