do the half-elf fighter dilettante enhancements(particularly the stunning blow) work on monk attacks(particularly stunning FIST) since eagle claw isn't equal to improved sunder gonna be forced to use my leftover feat there instead of stunning blow

But to answer the question, yes they do in the same way that standard Fighter Stunning Blow enhancements work on Stunning First.

I also believe that as of update12 Eagle Claw and Unbalancing strike will work with Shatter/Vertigo item effects as well as related enhancements. Double check the current Lammania release notes to see.

If that's the case I'd change my fists of iron out for unbalancing strike and add sunder and trip to my quickbar.

While I'm at it, I may as well stretch my quickbar into 15 slots so I can add all the attacks that I regularly use into one bar.

I tested this a while ago, and my recollection is that the fighter dil bonuses to stun work for stunning blow, but do not work for stunning fist by itself, unless you also have stunning blow as a feat, then they work for both.
