    Default Character Transfer

My character couldn`t get transferred from Thelanis to Ghallanda...What is the problem? Is there any hope on getting this fixed, or is he doomed to eternally live over there?

I got this info in the e-mail from Customer Support:

"We apologize, but due to a technical limitation we are not currently able to process this transfer. "

"We continue to investigate this issue, and will post in the in the Account Management forum once it has been resolved. We apologize that we are not able to transfer your character as you have requested in the interim."

Exact same response I received today (10/31/11) on a transfer request from Thelanis to Khyber, maybe some issue currently with Thelanis?

Keep me posted how it goes for you, will do the same.

This is something that we are aware of and are working on. Once we have an update on this, we will make an announcement to let everyone know.
