Me, Marbar and the LAG Monster

Sunday Night about 21:45 GMT+1 Mabar on Cannith LVL 15 to 19.

we enter Lag was so bad not abel to move, no Spell coming through. Every one in the group had the same Problem. One altar get destroyed we Failed because no one was able to move or act in any way. Lost one Key wasted at Least 30 mins. I will not be able to get any ****ing Item from event because lag make it almost impossible to collect my stuff. And as VIP i am also not Able to Play the Things i Pay for. Sub, Dessert, House C and Many other places can not be PLayed because the LAG. AND AGAIN NOT MY MASHINE NOT MY CONNECTION it is a Turbine Side Problem.

AND THEY IGNORE US the Customers. Here is the Tiket me and some other guys did send afther the lag Fail and the very professional and helpful answer we did get.:

The Lag is absolutely ridiculous in the Mabar event. You wait ages to be allowed to enter and when you finally get in, you can't move, nothing works and you fail because of it and then have to wait ages to try again, only to repeat the cycle. What a complecomplete waste of time. As a VIP player I expect to be able to play events and not put up with this sub standard service. Please can someone look at this issue or just cancel the Mabar event if you can't get it to work properly.

I Really hope Neverwinther Nigths Online come soon I will drop Turbine Faster then they can say LAG.

And please copie the Tiket Text and send it when you have the same problem during Marbar. Maybe they respond anything if we are annoying them.
