My lottery report says i won the medium thin quiver lottery 10/26/2011
However i got nothing in my mail.
How do i get my winnings?

Have you had a character with the same name before, and then deleted it and rolled a new one with the same name?
The lotteries are dependent on myddo, and myddo is still in beta. It works better than it has done, but it still bugs out for some people.DDO: If a problem cannot be solved by the application of DPS, you're not applying enough.

still no mail
no this character recieved another lottery before and i never chenged anything. Is there a way to report this?
