Default Is the Fred toughness bug fixed?

Was thinking of buying a Flawless Dragonshard to swap out a 2nd Toughness feat. Then I saw this thread: http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=316174

I don't really want to risk further 'gimping' my character by losing both Toughness feats (and wasting TP to boot), so would really like to know if the bug has been fixed.

Dont even think about doing it.

The toughness swaps with Fred are still messed up.

Until they do the right thing, and have each instance of your toughness feat itemized, it wont work properly.

I have 4 of them, and the simple minded mind-flayer only wants to swap the 1st one I took, at L3.

Until they change how it is displayed/accessed with Fred, its bugged, and you probably have to lesser reincarnate to do what should be simple.

Fred needs to be fixed yes.

Toughness is a fantastic feat - Pretty much required on all toons.

BUT: Please Devs make Toughness a one off feat and add Improved Toughness {20 HP at lvl 1 +2 per lvl - Full BAB Classes only}.

No more Toughness feats after that.

Give people a reason to take other feats - There are plenty that need a boost.

Thanks - I realise now that the 2nd Toughness was a mistake. Annoying that there seems to be no way of fixing it short of LRing, which seems expensive overkill just to change one feat.

must be fixed, I never heard of this bug and respecced a toughness feat last week, just logged in and checked and the 1st toughness feat is still there as are the hp. I did have to respec enhancements though when I swapped the feat.

Curious, I checked it today. Created a human character with two toughness feats. Then, I exchanged one of them using the free token from Lockania. No problems observed, I kept one toughness and HP it provided.

Well as far as I know there's been no indication from Turbine that it's fixed.

I'm beginning to wonder if the bug is dependent on which levels you took Toughness and/or the minimum level of the feat that you're swapping in.

The fact that it works sometimes would be no consolation for anyone losing a feat to Fred on a high-level character.

Yep, finally tried it and it worked for me too (phew!). Guess it must have been fixed.
