    Default Adamantine Ritual bug

    I submitted an in-game ticket & was told there was nothing they could do about this...

    I crafted tier III of the adamantine ritual on my newly made Epic Chaosblade successfully, but when I tried Tier IV I unknowingly didn't have all of the soul gems out of my soul gem bag. Since there weren't enough in my backpack, I got a device failure message...no big deal. The bug part, however, is that the first 3 tiers of the admantine ritual disappeared from the blade and haven't returned...
