need some help please

hi guys,been playing ddo for nearly a year now and i love it,but i have only ever used melee class and now i would really like to make a wizard or sorc (pref a wizard with awesome cc lol)but my main prob is i dont know anything about making a build for this considering this is my first mmo ever lol i am still learning.so basicaly if someone would b good enough to help me with a build and feats and enhancments that would b awesome as i am itching to do 1 of these classes and i would b real gratefull ty all. toons i use now>>my main is jugnott and my alts r jugluar and vengfull and yes its me the scottish guy u can never understand in voice chat lol

Would suggest posting in the "Classes" forum - along with a little bit more of an idea of what type of character you would like to play.

This would be my 1st suggestion as well. I am going on my 3rd try to make a viable caster based on my personal preferences. I try to use some of what I read on other peoples builds, but mostly it comes down to how YOU want to play that character. My suggestion is to first read up on some of the builds and try them out, if you find something you like, then go with it. Otherwise, go back to the drawing board and see if another caster type suits your playstyle, personality, etc.
