Default Guild Members Grouped by Account

I would like to suggest that there would be some sort of filter available to at least the guild leader if not to all members where you could sort the guild by accounts. For instance, I have 10 toons, and if you could sort them by account all my 10 would be next to each other then a line/break/something that would separate the characters.

The reason being is that currently memebers have alts that you may not know "oh, that's so and so's toon" and our guild account size doesn't seem acurate right now by the number of known players who have been active.

I am not saying that any account information would be given, just clustering the characters together if you click "sort by account" just like you can sort it by class, last logged in, etc.

I think that this should at least be available to the Guild Leader.

Good suggestion Arlyn. It would make inviting people faster from guild when they are swapping to an alt and for guild managment purposes.

Think this is long overdue in the game. With guild lvls and renown now. There should be a filter for this.It would kinda help keep track of things for the guild and guild leader.Websites have had this for sometime now, dont think it be to hard to add to game..............But it is always fun when you can log on that toon....aka Dropdabeat "the korhos recruit" to have a little fun in the guild

    Yes please...

In terms of guild account size, there should also be some designation of active/inactive accounts, even if just the leader can see it. Our guild size jumps up and down weekly with no changes in who is online, the only assumption we can make is these are accounts going active/inactive with some toon in the guild they never play. Just the other day an active player popped up on a lowbie mule that he just happens to have guilded... This means that this whole time we're counting his account as 'active' without it actually doing anything to the guild -.-

Honestly, this should only be the start of overhauling the guild management tools available in-game. When text-based games from the 90s trump the management capabilities of a contemporary MMO, that is truly sad.

I'd like to see account-based breakdowns, more refined membership tiers (the tripartite breakdown of 'member' 'officer' and 'leader' leave little flexibility), and in-game permissions for guild tools. If we're supposed to take guilds more seriously post-airships and renown, we should have the tools to match.

I dont think it would actually take alot to get it implemented, since they already know and track number of accounts in guild....maybe we can get more to agree on this topic

No way! It would be OP since it...erm...would save 5 seconds when you ask them who's alt they are.

    Nvm, not OP.

They should add a "account" column and let us sort on it. I don't even care if its a number, SOMETHING to let us sort (although obviously using the name of one of the characters is best)

we have a guild website to handle this organization, but it would be much easier if it were maintained in game without any required effort from our membership

With guilds renown bonus and decay by account, it makes sense that can see it by account.
In addition, for guilds that have rules about activity, this will prevent accidentally removing a character that is inactive from an otherwise active member.
    so yes,

I could care less either way.

But as devils advocate and previous experience, sometimes it is nice to log onto your alt, still be surrounded by your friends, and not be bothered should you choose to just play/grind/slay/ whatever for a bit, without the guild asking you to give up your play time to help them.

Don't misunderstand, some people like birng the goto person, and some people just want to do something for themselves once in awhile and not feel bad if they say 'not right now', I have seen alot of people get upset over something small like they were told by a guildie that they really just want to do whatever they are doing for awhile.

Best to just ask them to do your crafting for you when they log into the crafter imo.
