My wife and I play level-appropriate dungeons on elite. The outdoor zones are ridiculously easy and therefore incredibly boring, with the loot being garbage.
Being able to choose the level of the outdoor instances like we can with the dungeons would remedy this.

Youll be pleased to know U12 not only still doesn't offer that. But they no longer even give you difficulty settings for the quests in the new pack..
