With ERing of the Stalker added, does the Assassins ToD set bonus stacks?

I see that melee toons got a nice new ring called "Epic ring of the stalker" on U12 that even adds vorpal as well as exceptional SA bonus, if you ask me this should be the real Assassin set bonus.

Anyways, I couldn't help but notice the exceptional Sneak attack 2 and 3 on a later upgrade, Whisper ring and Awanahu's Sash set give exceptional sneak attack of +2 to hit and +5 damage that does not stack with Tharnes even though it is supposed to, hopefully this is not Issue that affects all exceptional SA so we don't end up with a buggy new epic ring.

I'm hoping that With the inclussion of this new ring and devs fixing some Rogue bugs such as vorpal not adding 100 damage when it doesnt kill, the devs are paying some attention and the Assassin ToD Set be finally be taken a look at by the devs and fixed and maybe even buffed to the point where its the best ToD set for Assassins; currently the set bonus isn't all that great even for rogue Assassins, +2 to hit +5 only on sneak attack and a EXTREMELY low chance to apply a level drain effect, compared to lets to the Ravager's 2d6 slashing damage to bleeding enemies or Ortemis 2 to hit and 2 damage(it even adds 1d6 fire damage for monks) its a very lackluster set.
