Deflect Arrows - Is this broken or not?

Deflect Arrows, decided to get a group of archers firing at me constantly and not once did I ever see this trigger.

There is nothing in the Known Issues about it, so how does one tell if it works or not? Is there something meant to appear in the combat log or is something else meant to happen to let you know that it worked?

No, I don't want to hear that it is a worthless feat to take. It may or may not be, just want know how you can tell if it works or not.

I've tested it against single low level archers- ones that should have all their attacks blocked- and haven't seen it work reliably. The fact is, even if it is 'working' it is doing so poorly- another pick of Toughness does you better, which is a shame, being that DA is harder to acquire. It's definitely a feat needing reanalyzation, whether this resolves as a direct improvement of implementation, or a modification along the lines of '+4 AC vs ranged' or '(stackable) 10% blur miss chance vs ranged'.

goto pvp with a friend. both of you fraps. count the archers hits via to hit roll. count damaging hits. compare.
