Stand up straight, you will develop a hump if you stand like that to long. Get a haircut, your head looks like a sprung matress. Polish that leather armour, grime doesnt do anyone any good. Have you oiled that crossbow, it looks rusty.

Are you planning on staying pure?

Maybe a splash will help with some feats.

I would've dump-stated WIS for more DEX or STR, but since this is a build-in-progress, it's not worth redoing. Feats: add Imp Crit Ranged, Precise Shot, and Imp Prec Shot as your remaining regular feats; and Opportunist, Skill Mastery, and something else for your rogue feats (Crippling Strike, maybe). Apart from your Mechanic pre-reqs, max out Haste Boost, Cunning & Guile, and whatever DEX you can squeeze in (probably not much).
