I have my primary account blocked from Friday, I sent everything that you asked me why it is still not active?
If you are unable to log into your account, you may want to try to reset your password. There is a 'Forgotten your password?' link on the Account Management website. That will send you an email to the address that is on file that will allow you change your password.
If you need some more help after trying that, you may want to contact the Account Management team directly. You can do that using the information in my signature. They will be happy to help!
