U11 is more lag.
Crystal cove plus U11 was at times unplayable.

I am really looking forward to mabar (have a new pale master that needs a robe), but i want a playable game more. Last year Mabar was painfull enough (buff check better include dragon timer count because dragon fight of doom equalls lag wipe for a raid fight).

Hate to see what mabar plus u11 will equal.

The way the hamster seems to be tiring lately, might not have to worry about logging on..... I know yesterday was darn near unplayable with lag. Had been decent for 3-4 days prior, but yesterday even being on ship and or walking around town had a 4-5 sec delay...... On Cannith anyways, cannot speak for others. Would politely ask to have lag fixed before having another lag festival.

I've been waiting MONTHS for the Mabar event ("anticipating for months" would be more accurate). I have 4 cloaks, 1 robe, and 1 wand to make. I've also had 8 scales, 1400+ motes, and dozens of fangs taking up my bank space since the last event. But hopefully it's like the past events, and just slows up House J, and not the entire server.

What he meant to say was no Event-related lag.

After all, lag was happening, and people blamed it on the Cove.

Then the Cove ended.. and lag got worse. People were saying stupid things like "Oh dude, it must be because the Cove is ending soon. Lots of people getting last minute stuff". And someone would tell the rather uninformed soul that Cove ended 48 hours ago...

Yeah. (Events = Lag) is well too simplistic a formula.

The lag is just bad period, cove didn't start or end bad lag.

I am looking forward to the event, I might even "get the flu" and take a couple fake sick days off work to farm a bit!

hmm I cant wait til mabar i heard it was this week and i got an ac toon + a awesome "Real palemaster" Real as in it has monk levels = evasion!!!!!!

I think mabars only gona be for a couple days tomorow, then for the haloween weekend..

It will liekly cause lag, but doesnt eventhing that gets the players online do that?

Personally missed last years so id like to see it, if only for a limited time.

Yes. Though we can't dismiss the events entirely as a cause of lag; it's likely that the sheer number of people who return to playing for anticipated events doesn't help lag issues.

Anyone play last night and still want to argue that mabar isnt hella lag? Ugh. It is fine if all you are doing is mabar because somehow the dragon dies during the slideshow, but i wouldnt want to try epic velah like that.

Honestly, I recently purchased a new PC, and I farmed mabar late last night, killed the dragon once, zero (0) lag.......During CC, on my old PC, posy U11, it was horrible. Looked like claymation. DC'd all the time. Now, new PC, no problems........

My main point, lots of things cause lag and/or the level of lag you may be experiencing. Try and troubleshoot a bit.

There will always be lag. Just face it and deal with it. Yes, it is not fun to deal with. However, it IS to be expected. I will also point out that there is more lag on weekend as opposed to weekdays. Why? Because more ppl are online.

Stop whining about how events cause lag, and just play.
