So I've just created an account and am downloading the game....I've found that I have a few days to redeem the APGP3 token to get a free adventure pack ... YAY ... So whilst awaiting the download I open the store, check the 'redeeming coupons' advice and can't find any 'Adventure Pack' anywhere...where can I find the pack to that I can redeem the coupon????

It's a guest pass. You first have to own an adventure pack to get a pass to bring a guest in, that doesn't normally have access, for a few hours.

So to cut to the proverbial chase, where then ((I've scoured the Store)) would one find an adventure pack even if one were willing to part with $$$ in order to become the proud owner of said adventure pack??? Or am I missing the point?

DDO Store -> Account -> Adventures -> Adventure Packs

You'll find them all there.

If you know one word in the pack name you can also stick it in the Search box in the store.

If you don't know the name of any of the packs, you can always look up the wiki: http://ddowiki.com/page/Adventure_Packs

You are. The free guest pass won't get YOU into any pack, it will let you bring someone else into a pack you own. On a brand new account, the free guest pass is useless.

I wouldn't say "useless", just not usable right at the moment. Would still be handy later once a pack is gotten and they want to bring a friend along.

Didn't notice that. Good spot. So you could get the Reavers Reach pack for 70TP. You won't get much better than that.

Oh, rats! I didn't try that. Still a couple upper packs I coulda got. Meh. Someone got a free trip to Tangleroot. Got the pass and threw it on the first random character it would land on.

I'd forgotten to grab it. Just hopped in now and the astral shardx10 coupon worked fine for me. Did you pick the wrong amount of astral shards in your cart?
