A bug on updated item

I have encountered a problem on item upgrading. I had an Epic Ring of Elemental Essence with a +1 exc charisma sloted in it, and now after i use the 3 tokens for upgrading it in u11, my crystal disappeared without warning and the slot don't seem to be appear on the ring. I guess this is unintentional as there isn't any words about the slot disappearance too in the update note. I hope that my crystal could be claimed back if possible.

I see Charisma +6 on the item - that's not normally on the item, right?

It should have a yellow slot instead of the +6 charisma that's currently on it, as this image shows. You could try combining the ring with 3 epic dungeon tokens in the epic altar, that should clear the slot for your use again.

on the loss of the augment crystal that was in the 'old' ring though: Upgrading an item to the 'new' version should clear all slots, without returning tokens to the user, it's the choice you make when you upgrade the item from the old version to the new version. more on that can be found Here.
