What to do with leftover gold doubloons

Air elementals only cost silvers and coppers, leaving you with tons of left over golds. That's the point of this thread.

I bought stacks of the Greater Smoke Bombs at 25 gold doubloons each. After I filled up my inventory on 2 characters and shared bank I still had 20k gold I had to destroy.

Who ever calculated the copper/silver/gold distributions needs to be made to walk the plank.

I'll be honest, the one thing that I hate about this game is all the "junk" that I have to carry in my bags and in the bank. It literally is a complete waste of time. They should make "holiday" currency excactley that... CURRENCY and have these items transferred into a "currency" type catagory on your inventory tab where it automatically gets looted and added to your currency totals (like platinum, gold, etc). Make it so that you click these fields and drag and drop currency back and forth. Wah-lah... Done.

They should add something like Mabar where you can trade doubloons for favor.
