First off, there is a reason I am warforged over other races. This guy is for a group of friends we all decided to go Warforged and have Artificer/Wizard for healing. We thought it would be a fun change of pace both gamewise and RP wise, and thus far it has =)

Character Concept: 18/2 Lawful Good Fighter/Pally. Fairly balanced stats (except wisdom) 32 point build focusing on Stalwart Defender Prestige and Paladin Splash/Force of Personality for nice bonus to saves.

There are some definite minor clashes here, but overall the paladin splash should end up giving about a +6 or so to Reflex and Fort, 1 AC, and about a +12 to will (wis will be 6, chr about 20, so +7 from Force of Personality and +5 from Pally).

Most of that is beside the point, just trying to justify why I am asking some sort of ridiculous questions (Warforged Tank haha).

Questions:

Does +2 DR from Adamantite Body, +6 DR from Stalwart Defender, and +3 from Warforged Damage Reduction all stack?

Is Warforged Construct Thinking useful? I don't know if the bonus to will vs. those spell types is relevant or not?

Does Warforged Brute Fighting stack w/ Stalwart Defender and Intimidate (Shield)?

Spell damage seems to be my biggest issue. Is there anything I can do besides get my Saves as high as possible and chug resistance potions to the damage type? As a Warforged (who has lots of free immunities) is it possible to keep resist gear equipped for most spell damage types? Is the better strategy to try and find pieces for each type and put them on based on the dungeon ahead of time?

Is there any feat/enhancement/gear that makes Repair Spells heal me more? I know about Healer's Friend but it is mostly irrelevant for this group.

On mostly hard dungeons, what sort of AC and Saves should I look to be at for level 5, 10, 15, and 20 roughly to be a solid tank? We won't be doing much on Elite or Raids so that isn't very important. It seems like between Feats, Gear, and Enhancements I can get my AC and Saves pretty crazy high (especially Saves w/ Pally splash).

Does every benefit of Stalwart Defender stack with everything? AC/Saves/STR/CON/HP?

Thanks to anyone that can answer some or all of these questions!
