Question is pretty simple. With my PM Wiz is it possible to the the PM Pet ( Expend HP ), a Summon Pet ( Spell ), and Control an Undead at the same time?

yep you can use palemasters skeleton and summon creature pet same time. And with charm and dominate spells you can get even more minions.

Okay so what about PM Pet ( Hit Points ),Summon Monster ( Spell ), and Create Undead ( Spell ) do they all stack , or does the create undead and the summon monster count as the same.

either create undead OR summon monster. both of them works with the PM pet and summon works with arti dog just to count of all the possibilties.
create undead does not stack with any of the summon clickies rodricks wand,tangleroot qstaff, green steel dense earth ele assume it does not stack with xoriat summons either but not tried that
