Greater Grease and maybe Greatest Grease

I always love running around Von5 on normal before an eV6 dropping grease on the up ramps to slow down the party members so I can get in front and get all the kills.

Or on the stairs in any number of places in the shroud to slow teammates down.

Point is, if the quest isn't particularly challenging then it isn't a big deal to spice things up with some minor griefing, as long as it is meant and received in good spirits.

Does SF/GSF:Conjuration, PL:Cleric, spell focus item: conjuration and PL: arcane disciple affect grease DC? If all of those did you could at least get the DC up to 21.

The difference being, I play with the kind of people that laugh over this kind of thing and take it in stride. I DO advise that, if you don't play with reasonably laid back people, to avoid doing this during crucial moments.

The whole point is learning how to use these to make the game more fun for everyone. If it doesn't, try to find people for whom it will.

i agree wholeheartedly, one of my best experiences in this game was
in greymoon part 4(favor run) when my buddy greased my rogue on the bridge of death.
I saved on the force traps but panicked a bit and ended up falling off the bridge.
piked the rest of the quest from the lava, but it was all good because i was laughing so hard
I wouldn't have been much use anyway.

one of my worst experiences was with a tool in tempest spine who kept greasing people on the path
around the mountain. it was a bunch of new people who didn't know the quest. so everytime he did it,
I ended up jumping off and escorting the unfortunate soul back to the quest. think i got to do about 5 trips
around. the good news is that he got blown off during the end fight and couldn't find his way back in.
I told him to wait there and i'd get him back to the chests. I grabbed his stone and started heading for the
top. when everyone cleared the instance, I said, "sorry mate, rl" and alt-f4'd.
