Very *basic*, nothing really special, the way to capstone. Some will say it's better to go THF on kensei, if you dont have a eSOS khopesh is definitely a nice way to go. Could say it's sad to not have more CON and STR to distribute but well... Works still, it's just +1 to hit +1 to dmg and 20 HP
I would change 3 things though.

I dont see the point taking brutal throw and oversized TWF. On a kensai 20, you basically *dont* miss, and even if you do just carry a destruction set. I'm fond of builds with splashes everywhere and i very rarely miss. I would drop it personnaly. For brutal throw i just dont see the point on a khopesh build. Will be useful only in rare cases.

Second point, i may be wrong, but i didnt see the healing amplication line in your human enhancement. Just take it. 30% healing amp, combined with epic claw/tod ring... or even just a basic healing amp DT and you will shine tanking.

You can replace the 2 previous feats by other thoughness as many fighters do, OR (and i would do that), take IMPROVED SUNDER. This feat is SO shiny since u11 came out. Reduces AC (=> +8 to hit, better than oversized TWF heh ), and reduces fortification (so great on heavy for enemies, you take them down like 20% quicker). I think your build SHOULD include improved sunder. Sap is also a feat to consider. Decent CC. To not combine with the ravager set
Then it's your call, but i would definitely focus on the 2 following things, to not *just be a casual dps* :

    - Healing amp (Easy 200% sustainable with some pieces of gear)
    - Tactics, not only stunning blow (should sustain some 45-50 as a first lifer with the right gear)
    Tarnesh(GateauFRANCIS, Life 10/10+) / Thazok(GateauTUNES, Life 5/4) / Thaerom(GateauHJEALS, Life 3/3)

    Default Perhaps some suggestions

I have played this build, albeit a year+ ago, and if I may I have some suggestions based on my experiences.

Lvl 1 - take toughness, TWF and Ex:Khop - might as well start with the khopesh

While true that using power-surge and with your feats you won't need OTWF in many situations - you have enough
feats to take it. It will help alot at lower levels and can be creatively swapped -> using the free feat-swap and a
possible shard before you hit the higher levels - sometime after lvl 12 when you get power-surge.

Take PA later than level 2 and drop brutal throw - I tried it for the heck of it when they came out with it and you
don't need it, it's situational at best. Could put OTWF in place of PA, take Weap Foc:Slash and Weap Spec:Slash
    at level 4 and 6.

You actually don't need Grtr. Weapon Focus to qualify for anything Kensai so OTWF or PA could fit nicely there. Maybe PA at 6 or 10 in this build.

Take Superior Weap. Focus at 18, might as well get Kensai III at 18 and it's required anyway.
Try to fit in improved sunder if you can, works nicely post-U11.

Ftr Haste boost 4, while costly, is a must-have imho: plainly speaking it just amps-up your kick-butt.
Flanking mastery 1&2 can be dropped for this - thats only a +2 to-hit while flanking that you'll never need end-game.
That is to say: drop the +2 to-hit while flanking for more dps, you'll like it better I think.

I would personally drop Crit. Accu. 4 and use those AP's for a little healing amp. A bloodstone will help here and
you won't be missing on those crits with crit accu 3, your kensai to-confirm bonuses from Ken I & II and b-stone
or other seeker or exceptional (e.g. Verik's ToD set)

I would also drop armor mastery I -> that +1 to AC from your dex is meaningless - this is not an AC build >>>>>
    So...
With those 6AP gained from dropping those enhancements you can get 20% heal amp, and with a little bit on some DT armor or a claw set...
    -> ur allgood

I played this build as a sully tank in ToD and a sometime Horoth tank, VoD tanker, etc., unless a high AC-DR tank was around
-> works well in those late night pugs looking for a hate tank

Note: I have also played a similar build that was 18ftr/2mnk KensaiIII - I took toughnesses in the 2 mnk levels and
with a 24 dex w/+2 tome (26 w/shippies) and buffed your evasion is good enough to get through alot of N/H
and some Elite stuff - like delayed-blast fireballs in SoS, etc.

Also, hope this post doesn't sound like I'm trying to be a know-it-all or talking to someone new in the the game,
I just thought perhaps my own experiences with this build might provide a bit of insight.
P.S. its late late late and I'm sleepy - please excuse any typos or mistakes, memory is a little rusty this time of
morning. I also didn't try to include much discussion of raid/epic gear - just the basics.

    Main: Attacus on Orien

I advise to simply go THF until lvl 12. You dont need the feats, but will just do way better damages until you get GTWF.
I do that on all my TWF toons, and each time i've tried to TWF before lvl 12 it was a fail (EVEN on ranger tempest), so you can in my opinion just drop prof : khopesh until lvl 12 or so.

My point of view of course, you can try whatever you like.

Otherwise i basically agree with Pikaia, but on the feat swapping. I think on a first life you can simply go with your eventual feats. No need to swap. Could almost say that the time it will take you to swap i greater than the time you'll need to get a level = waste of time.

On a life 3+... that's another problem of course.

But assuming you'll be THF until 12 you wouldnt need OTWF. Being THF doesnt mean to take the THF line, i remind it.

I would really focus on HP/healing amp to be a good tank up to hard horoth (elite horoth can be done pretty easily on kensai with decent healing amp and a solo healer on him... i dont recommend it to everyone but it's doable, even if a wee harder than it used to be)
