Don't let the name or join date fool you. I think I've more than doubled you in posts. Check to see if I didn't try to make contact with you from my other account. In fact I called you out personally in the other place with a nice 1 page write up about it. No reply after that either. Again I wont call you out in here but I'm more than happy to take this up in the other place. FYI it wasn't anyone in you're guild it was you yourself and it wasn't just me who you offended. There were others in that run who have posted about it in other places as well.

First off, Fizbans account is obviously Shores... not Fizban, took me about 2 seconds to figure that out... Second of All I'm gonna call out the Original Poster. I was the only other pug in that Reavers Raid. HE DID NOT ROLL ON THE ITEM! period... A Legend member won the roll... It's his to do what he wishs.

I went afk for a quick bio after the quest, when I came back the OP was lurking there waiting to start drama without even rolling on the loot!... I left and thought nothing more about it until I saw this post.

When I join an ALMOST FULL raid party I'm not expecting to get any loot, just a completion. I think anyone with half a brain expects that. 10 Guildies in a run and 2 pugs, you expect loot? give me a break...

It's happened with countless guilds not just this one. Besides if your crying about a pair of Madstone boots go join a good guild that will get them for you and not call out a guy that is outstanding in my book...

Agree .. if i were to post a thread everytime this has happened to me or any other person .. the forums would be full of them .. i understand that "proxy rolling" is not welcomed .. and as Fizban said he does not agree to it ... also when i join as a pug in someone´s guild raid i dont rly expect anything but a completion

The OP was quite respectful. If you roll on something, will the roll then pass it to someone else it is proxy rolling regardless of whether someone else rolled on it or not.

The purpose of the thread was to find out if this is standard practice. The Legends guild leader said in this thread that this was NOT standard practice, take it up with him. No one cares if you pull the loot and give to whoever but rolling on it for someone else is proxy rolling and people wanted to know if this was standard practice because it will avoid loot dramas in future.

Oh and before calling the OP out on his gear and guild you might want to myddo a few of his characters.

The OP made a respectful request to which Fizban responded his guilds loot rules, I am not sure how anyone would have an issue with that? I for one appreciate that he outlined his position on this. Some guilds encourage proxy rolling and I for one have no issue with joining someones guild run IF their loot rules are known this helps me make that decission as to who I will group with.

Nobody expects to join a majority guild run and get anything that the guild pulls, notice the difference?

Anyway well done Fel and Fizban for achieving the purpose of this thread.

Never heard of that other site yet there's a Fizban on there. All be it not active, there's still one on there. And guess what? Under the heading of website, it says, guess what? Legends. OMG tell me that's just a coincidence. Ya Right!

Proxy rolling doesn't happen and is against guild rules. Yet it did happen, and in a run he was in none the less. With screenshots of him rolling on it too.

Didn't get a PM from me in game? I let more than 1 person know about it back then and can easily get them to verify this. FYI I'm not in any guilds nor have I been in any for the 5+ years I've played this game. So it won't be my guildies backing my statement. My guild if you do want to call it that is me, my wife, and a life long friend, and an in game friend who parks his toons that aren't active enough for ER, his actual guild. We are in no way a guild of any kind and it won't be either of them who will back my statement.

So let's start talking about credibility here Fiz. Please tell me about mine, I'd like to hear about it. What I can tell you, is there are plenty of people on here who will tell you about my credibility after 5+ years of playing with them, and it won't be shaded like what I'm seeing in your statements. Again I'm not talking about guildies who basically have no choice but to back me. I'm talking about folks on here from just about every major guild on Khyber.

Manashort, Roldobot, Letfury and Occularis were the 4 pugs, and the rest were 8 Legends members.

Balan was not there, otherwise they would of known Fizban did roll on the boots (right or wrong).

I am a member of LEGENDS and simply stated, we do not practice proxy rolling for items. In fact we will readily hand over loot to pugs and try to be as helpful as possible. We all talk to each other in ventrillo and if we do or say things you dont understand, we might have been communicating without your knowledge of it. I have personally told FIZBAN about the ddovault and he had no interest in it. The name FIZBAN is from a popular series of books which is why there are other toons with different spellings of FIZBAN and if the correct spelling was available on the vault it is very plausible someone else claimed it, is it not? If all this is keeping you up at night and causing you to cry yourself to sleep because you didnt get the item you so coveted or somehow feel mistreated, well, there is nothing that I, FIZBAN or anyone else can do to ease your pain. If you feel so strongly that youd rather not run with us, well then, dont.
