    Okay so i tried for a few hours going over everything possible thing i could imagine to get this class to what i think is how i wanna play but i just need a few tips on if i should take out some of the skill points and put them else where,
    (I personally couldnt see where else to put em except maybe haggle as i dont know what good bluff would be like when i usally play on my own), but any help/suggestions is more than welcome

    CON 10 is a bad idea in general, and on a Rogue like your double so. --> Start with CON 14!

    Dont show skillups in the build discussion - its infoclutter and noone likes wading through so much uselessinfo --> You´ll get much less feedback,and even if many just skip that cluttered part.

    This is really tough to pull off with a 28 point build and no tomes. I agree with Noctus, 14 Con as a minimum. Also, you're going Str based, but only start with a 13. When you combine that with a lower BAB and dual wielding, to hit will be an issue.

    The first thing I would do is drop Dex to 16 and use a +1 or +2 tome to get your dex past the 17 prereq. +1s should be available on the AH if you save for one and are always available in the Store. That saves you 3 points. Drop Wis to 10, for another 3 points and then use those points to get you to 14 Con 14 Str. And 14 Str is still low. Ram's might is a great Spell, but you don't have the points to put in Wisdom. You might even want to drop it to 8 and raise your Str to 15. Use a Wisdom item or wand of Owl's Wisdom to cast it. All you need is an 11 Wisdom.

    Your feats are all right, though I would change the order. Tempest I has been significantly nerfed, so it might be wise to delay the prereqs for more imediately useful feats. Power Attack should probably be taken at 18 and OTWF moved up because of the aforementioned to hit issue. I would probably take Opportunist instead of Crippling Strike.

    Personally, I would probably space out the Ranger levels a little more and let OL, DD, and UMD lag a bit at lower levels. Locks and UMD shouldn't be a problem at lower levels and if you can get some +5 tools off the AH or from a higher level character, being down 1 or 2 points shouldn't be an issue. Search is more likely to be the issue, but that's a Ranger class skill. Not paying double for those skill will give you some more points and I would probably put them in Tumble or Bluff. Tumble because I hate losing hp when I jump or fall and Bluff because it can be used to allow Sneak attacks and in quest dialogs. That will stretch out the time untill you get ITWF, but using a two hander until then is a very viable option. And since you only need a 17 Dex for GTWF, it gives you more time to find a Dex tome.


    The 13/6/1 builds used to be very popular, but with the addition of Tier III Rogue PrCs, a new capstone, and the nerfing of Tempest I, they've kind of disappeared. It should still be viable, in fact, with some recent design decesions, the extra 30 hp over a pure Rogue would be quite welcome. The only issue is that this split is a bit MAD and tough to pull off on a tomeless 28 point build.

    Dump WIS for more CON, drop DEX for more STR, take a DEX tome to hit DEX 17. Or if that's not possible, consider rgr 12 / rogue 7 / ftr 1 instead; you give up extra sneak attack DPS and skill pts, but gain GTWF, Prec Shot, and Imp Prec Shot free, can take Tempest II, and can drop DEX to 13 or 14 (all you need for Tempest pre-reqs).
