Everytime I start the game after shutting down my laptop, I have to repair the file? Plus, when turning on my laptop I see no shortcuts.
What can I do to fix the problem?

Try uninstalling the game and then reinstalling.
What file do you need to repair?
When did the problem started?

chkdsk /f at the command prompt
