For my Monk all I did was a HP cloak. Not sure where else to go after that.

I'm obsessed with tier 2 gs haste kamas and I also am in love with the radiance hp belt I made for both my monks
I also made a tier 2 positive gs shuriken and a triple heal amp Kama as raise dead clickies.i am Overeem

Pass all the Ing you get to your other Characters or save for a TR

I made a hp item and a min 2 kama, before I realized the dps I lost from it... so going for alchemical handwraps and hp item now. Pick a slot, make an hp item, and grab some alchemical handwraps!
Current TR project -- Anshel life 8 of 20 ending up FVS
Side TR project -- Daciana (life 8 of 14 maybe)(Will be completionist druid)

personally i used to have min2 hp cloaks on most of my monks, now days i've found (due to epic envenomed cloak + 3 piece abishai set) that the only place i can fit my hp item is in my goggles slot, either as a lit 2 guard or min2 hp item.
cloak is definitely still a very good place holder if you don't mind grinding shrouds, it'll probably take a lot of epic grinding before you really have to start weighing in other options.

A min2 hitpoint cloak or helmet would be my suggestion.

While I am certainly not a monk expert, in building mine and looking at various gear choices, a Min2 helmet seems to be best route. And obviously Triple Air Alchemical wraps when that time comes.

For one of my monks I just made a 3x earth HP - hp, extra concentration, a handy guard & a summon, pretty useful all-round thingy.
On another monk i made hp conc opp, but just stuck a single shard in the 3rd tier rather than the full double shard (no need of the SP regen & it saves a load of ings), so it consolidates HP & +6 wisdom, very handy & effective.
the min2 hp item previously suggested by others is naturally a great choice too
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was, now what's it is weird and scary to me.

In regards to a cloak spot and seem as Mabar is coming back, you could use a Cloak of Night.
I have all 5 tiers for my monk and he is now lvl 20 so he is wearing the Epic version.
Invisibility Guard, Ghostly, Deathblock, Nightmare Guard, Dodge Bonus +2, DR 5/Good

It's listed in the description as 10% blur but thats a bug, its actually the full 20% - have a caster throw blur onto you, it wont appear in your buff bar (but it does when using the dusk heart trinket which actually is 10%). Originally Posted by UltraMonk2
