As much as I would love to have a Wand of Bacon for my own character (or for real life), I do not think that it would be the best item in the game ever because of the clearly overpowered nature that would force Turbine to scale up raid difficulties to the point where anyone who did not have a Wand of Bacon equipped would be unable to complete, no matter how many Mnemonic pots they chugged.

As much as I would love that item, I must offer a regretful /notsigned.

I don't yet have an epic version yet. but I have bug reported the +25% fort as being permanent (until full log out) for about 3? updates and each successive patch/hotfix now.

I have stopped putting in reports because QA has assured us many times now that EVERY bug put in the system is on their list. Since it is a player advantage and I have bugged it.. 4-5 times, I think my free work is done.

Contrary to popular belief, it wasn't the Lions going 3-0 that caused Hell to freeze over.....

It was Buffalo AND Detroit going 3-0, on a weekend when the Pats lost while Brady threw 4 INT's, and I saw not one, not two, but THREE!!! pigs fly over my house that evening.

Well, bestest item ever is clearly subject to the opinion of the poster.

My first thought was close to something mentioned a few posts back, but it was slightly different....BACON HANDWRAPS.

Then no, perhaps the Brocolli maniacs had gotten to the core code and created Brocolli themed weapons.

Then with Halloween coming up, perhaps something like a Propeller Beanie Hat?

But that probably won't happen (ie U12) before Halloween so that leaves Thanksgiving and Christmas/Holiday themes to combine with items.

Notice however that Maj did not mention any particular class, just that the item was bestest ever. hmmmm.


On another note, I do have to remind my high schooler that sports around Boston was not always like this. I remember Sunday mornings in the late 70's heading to the Pahk, grabbing a Globe in Kenmore Sq, going in to the bleachers and spreading out and reading the Paper for a few hours during BP. Often we got in those days before the concessions were even open (unheard of these days) and we brought in food!! and no one got a pat down body search just to watch Baseball... and then.... Bird Happened and almost no one cared about the other sports...
