Turbine Points Code

I heard there are many Chinese players on this server, and remembered a post not too long ago on someone getting banned for not-so-approved methods of buying TP and that other Chinese players having problems buying TP in general.

This could be a new way to help those Chinese players, or anyone else in other countries who are having problems buying TP. As long as you have a trusted friend who can buy the points for you.
