My guild page: Lost Legions.

Sorry man, but I am not going to sort through the names to tell you which ones shouldn't be there. It has every character who has ever been in the guild (or close enough to it) on the list. This includes people who havent played for years and were removed over a year ago. The favor board lists us as about 340 characters. Our guild page lists us as over 800. I am not going to sort through a thousand names and list over half of them, unless you really, really need it to fix the problem. If so, feel free to send me a pm.

This although not as bad as Lost Legions I am not going through 4 pages to create a list for you. This is something that the customer base, let alone a paying one, should not have to be bothered with. About 90% of the first roster page have been gone for years. The leader has been incorrectly listed for well over 2 years and not only did he delete that character he has not played in 1 1/2 years.

My guild, X (Thelanis), shows an error message. I sent a bug report and the response (as well as I can remember), was nothing can be done. So, there is no way to review the roster.

The list of characters under "Guild Roster" hasn't been updated in more than 18 months. Cruven, Bionyx, Wynonna, Kegan, Trulath, Draztic, Draz -- all of whom appear on the "Guild Roster" tab, are not in guild and should not be displayed.

Clicking on "View Full List" under the "Guild Log" results in an error page.

Purge MyDDO. Start it again afresh and update after each new character logout.

Team roster has invalid entries (for example two leaders!)

Same with our Guild Erebus on Thelanis. Error message comes up when you want to examine it.

Is there any other way to do this other than sifting through the character names and listing the ones not in the guild? Our page lists 245 toons and we only have about 20 in the guild, many have been gone for over a year. I know many of them have been deleted. Thanks.

Well, if you think I'm going to list all the toons that should not be still listed in our guild on this page http://my.ddo.com/guild-khyber-loreseekers/ when it is showing Total: 1925 characters and knowing that the Size: 767 is more than likely correct...you are crazy. LOL

If you would, please, hit some sort of reset so that we can remove the 1200 characters that are no longer in the guild.

I think your screenshot of my guild kind of answered most of the questions there! LOL
But, I will add that our Origin Server is NA: Aundair ==> Khyber in the big server merge years ago.

I will state that as a guild leader I am thankful that you are looking into these sort of tedious bugs...these things do make managing, and planning the future of, large guilds much easier and more pleasant than they would otherwise be.

One other note: just how few is a "few" when dealing with 1200 toons that are being counted that are no longer in the guild? I await, as do my typing fingers, your answer with much trepidation!

I have to say if it isn't possible to simply cull players from erroneous association with a MyDDO guild page simply by a click of the button or a simple sort on the single variable "guild" then you need to reroll MyDDO... Maybe even consider moving guild managment pages to something other than Typepad...

In early 2006, well before MyDDO, the leadership of the guild changed from a friend of mine to me. In 2008 I changed leadership from my old account to this current one. Not sure if that makes a difference, but it is shown correctly on MyDDO.

Just a few should do. - Okay, a few: Hargag, Livikus, Laurenea, Fitzgarn, Closet, Drfirvon, Khubilai, Guapo, Riddles, Hellbane, Glorak, Nimitz, Chucky, Ibe, Viviannee, Stupid, Sindarin, Brobot, Briana, Natyboh, Anngell, Kreger, Kendle . . . Is that sufficient, or do you need more? Thats only 20ish out of 500ish.

Just a point of nitpicking here.

Former European Guilds cannot have an origin in Europe.

Due to how the transfer was done all the European Guilds were disbanded, and had to be recreated.
As we waited for our european characters they were recreated with US made characters and after the 3 month wait we added our European Imported characters to the guilds.

So all the European Guilds on Ghallanda ( and anywhere else ) are in fact US created Guilds that were created independently of theyr former European counterparts.

So you cannot have EU created guilds, but you can have EU created characters.

FWIW, since the latest update, on the Guild Leaderboard, attempting to view guild stats beyond the first page by clicking the "next" button,
generates the a popup box indicating: "Message from webpage" "no data found for the specified options."
