Suggestion regarding Masters Touch and other weapon affecting scrolls

Can we please have a mechanic that allows us to use scrolls that affect weapons/proficiency on two handed weapons. At the moment you can only use said scrolls on one handed weapons. Doesn't really make sense from a game play point of view however i can understand the difficulty of re coding the scrolls to select a target rather than just the weapon in your offhand.

Well, on a non-bound item you can hand it to a friend, cast master's touch on him and then have him hand it back.

Less then idea... but...
