crash after character selection

hello all, ive found that over the years people have experienced the same problems on these forums but i just can't remedy it. 2 or 3 weeks ago i was playing fine and then today i tried to log on and enjoy some ddo. after updating the new update 11 i logged in then clicked my character and CRASH!! with the dndclient has stopped working message. tried a few more times but no go. so i figured something was broken so i reinstalled the whole game, came back from work and still have the same problem. i tried other games that i have and no problems, it appears my PC is running fine. is this a temporary problem with DDO? is anyone else having this problem? can someone steer me in the right direction on fixing this problem. its a **** fun game but i feel as though im flushing my coin down the toilet being a VIP member.

Yes - we are having the same issues. Started last night while playing in House C. We have had some limited success logging in but then the game locks up fast and then its hell to get reconnected. Even getting into forums is difficult for us. This issue is effecting both our PC's so I know its not them. Our PC's are running fine with everything else. Something is definately wrong since Update 11....
