    Default Connection has been lost

well i was experiencing issues to connect to the DDO in these days, the problem begun with U11 and was getting worse and worse and finally now im not able to log into the game, when I try to enter to the game, just after the Welcome to Eberron screen, the
game loses connection, sometimes i can connect with the internet connection icon in green
then goes to yellow and then red and finally disconnection, sometimes appears in yellow>> red>>> disconnection, others directly in red and others, while loading the Welcome to Eberron Screen, the connection with the server has been lost display appears. So the problem
(as i think) is generated at sometime while my toons are loading to first zone of the game, i had not problems playing after a sucsesfull login, no problems zoning in to either public or questing zones.

Here is a list of things i already tried.

    Scaning with Antivirus and Antispyware
    Using DirectX10 and 9
Reseting graphics and audio of the game to the default option
    Reisntalling my Video Card drivers
    Reisntalling the chipset
    Formating the PC
    Changing the operating System
Redonwloaded the DDO from the DDO website
I increased the size of my virtual memory
Started my PC with a clean boot
Changed my USB cable to an Ethernet cable.
Tried dancing around the modem, now it is raining but the DDO still no working T_T

After all these changes i have used my laptop to try some things, and had some succes, i could log even a toon who was placed in the harbor(with the laptop), I had problems loging my wiz on sands , i loged her with my lap then i teleported to House K, closed the client on the lap , then ran the client on the PC and i could log her . i could log toons in house K with both my lap and my PC, after a few tries i couldnt log the guy on harbor, and now i cant log him anymore, i tried today loging one of my toons in house K (with my PC) nothing it gets DCed :/.
I used the account of my girlfriend and had problems, the first try a toon in the airship ( succes) 2nd try a toon in House K bank (failure).

Give folks some specs on your computer.
Will help narrow down the range of suggestions.

    Your video drivers are ancient.

How is your computer connected to the Internet? You've messed with everything but the connection itself.

Is "USB cable to Ethernet cable" between your DSL/Cable modem and your PC? (Ethernet is much preferred over USB) Have you reset your modem and your router: power off modem, router, PC for 10 seconds, then turn on modem, router, PC, in that order.

Is uPnP enabled on the router and PC?

    Post your DDO log.

    Post a HijackThis log.
