    Default RE-building my fighter

I recently got DDO run correctly once more on my computer! Unfortunately It has been almost a year and a half since i last played, so my fighter "tank" is a little outdated. The build was originally supposed to be a high intimidate for no fail on end raid bosses, which it could do, but seeing as intimidate has been changed spamming intim and hiding behind my shield is no longer useful. As of right now i have 682 hp in stance with ship buffs, but I am still working on a greensteel hp item, and 70 intim with a 15 item, a cha skills greensteel, and a head of good fortune. MY AC is only about 60, even in stance and from what I have heard AC isn't exactly useful in raids at all anymore. I have a lesser heart of wood and I am planning on LR'ing to fix my tank, but because of my long absence i figured it would be best to ask for advice and not waste a perfectly good heart of wood.

I am a level 20 fighter, true neutral human male, and my heart of wood has no + on it so it has to be a 20 fighter, because i really don't feel like buying another heart. I currently have enough dex to have TWF, and I am using dual khopeshes in any scenario where I am not tanking, just for a bit of flexibility.

Anyway here's what I have so far (feel free to call me stupid, I would much rather get a decent build)

As I said, its been awhile, so any advice is most appreciated.

A few questions I had though:
Would cleave/great cleave be useful at all, I don't believe it is, but maybe i am wrong.

Any particular items I would need/want for tanking, I have a few I believe to be useful, but there is quite a few epics that look awesome for tanking.

I currently believe that S&B is the way to go for tanking, but would threat be an issue, even with intim and incite?

Two big mechanics changes for you:
    1. Bastard swords (and dwarven axes) get glancing blows when wielded with a shield, and these glancing blows will be enhanced by the THF line.
    2. Improved Sunder decreases target Fortitude save (always) and fortification (on a failed Fortitude save). If you do switch out of TWF, you could use your OTWF slot on it.

Then there's the new Epic Chimera's Fang. You're already a human, can use the Exotic Weapon slot on the first Dragonmark at least. It's not a bad DPS weapon to start, plus you get +10 to your Sunder attempts and Destruction, which is slated to be changed in 11.1 to another fortification decreaser. Boss fortification got seriously juiced in update 11, so being able to knock it down with your tank would be great.

With Haste Boost, Damage Boost, and your stance (now working!), you shouldn't have any trouble holding aggro.
