Bonus feats and prerequisites

I'm leveling a monk for the first time and I'm wondering... If I get a regular feat and a bonus feat at the same time (like level 6), can I take a feat at the same time I take a prerequisite feat?

Basically, could I take Power Attack and Cleave at the same level? Ron's Character Planner lets me do it, but does the game?

Yes, so long as you take the prerequisite feat first then the option to take the second feat should be available.
