    Nice build, I like it. Arti's can't easily melee, range, and offensive cast all at the same time so I think it's correct to drop one of those without a gazillion TRs. Dual eMGs with offensive casting is nice. Your attack rolls will be slightly low with 32 DEX but that can be worked around. You need TWF feats though..

    I would drop:

    Kukuri prof - Cast masters touch if needed

    Point blank shot - You don't have imp crit, imp precise shot, or rapid shot so I'd just bail on ranged completely. Being slightly less terrible at ranged with PBS isn't worth a feat.

    Get another feat - Either switch to human or add a level of fighter. Helf sneak attack damage is good but not if you can't fit all 3 TWF feats. Not exactly sure what the 18th level of arti is doing for ya(looks like a level 2 spell and +1 will save from wiki). A fighter level would give haste boost I, toughness I, a needed feat, and even kukuri prof.

    I would stay helf as 17Arti2Monk1Fighter with all 3 TWF feats and significant eMG damage to supplement your offensive casting.
