Last night was the first night me and several others truly regreted doing the drunken raid runs. Yes the idea of this is to get drunk and have fun. There is a difference between sloppy and drunk. Sloppy isn't fun but it's the goal in a way. We expect to fail as it states in this thread. That's part of the fun. But when someone gets too drunk and their idea of fun ruins the fun of everyone but that someone. Then we need to fix this. Someone gave a great analogy. It's time for that person to tap out but they don't know they need to tap out. So we're going to have to tap them out for them.

We had people intentionally picking fights with others all in "the name of it being drunk fun" and we had people too drunk to even function. Again that's the goal (not to get drunk and pick on someone but to get drunk). But from now on anyone who gets to that point will be declared the winner of drunken DDO. Your prize you'll get a polite PM saying that you won drunken DDO go drink a ton of water and take several aspirin because you're going to need it when you wake up. Then we will say good night to you and dismiss you until next week. No hard feeling and you're welcome back next week but for tonight it's nap time. Things like this are expected when we're doing shots or chugging a beer every 3-5 minutes. Ther's no getting away from this it's bound to happen so we're not going to hold it against anyone, we're just going to move on for that night.

I will not be the deciding factor in this. If me or who ever has the star gets 3 of more PMs saying "It's him or me". Than that person won DDO and they will get the PM about the water and aspirin, and we'll see them next week. No hard feelings it's just time for you to tap out and be ready for a rematch next week. When only one person is having fun and everyone else isn't we have to fix that. This goes for me as well. If I get too sloppy ask for the star and then send me the tell or just reform. As everyone on here knows I can get pretty jacked up when I drink too. None of us who run these raids are above it.

For the several people who left because a few people got too sloppy and I didn't fix the problem. I apologize, we never had discussed this or had a plan for it. Last night we a lenghty discussion on how to fix this problem. We ended up reforming the drunken raids and had a great night to end things (Pyce you were a blast to run with last night. You were a total wreck but in a good way. I hope the hangover isn't too bad bro.). This wasn't just my decision it was a group decision by most of the regulars.

If you have any issues or like or dislike the idea please let me know on here or in a PM. Also if you have a better solotion please let me know.

I was one of the regulars that agreed to this and I feel it's very fair. We love having all the regulars along and new people too, so please don't take this as a sign that you're not welcome anymore if you're asked to call it a night early. We just want to keep it fun for the majority and this seems the only fair way to do so.

Hope everyone is able to regroup again next week and we can have a good time like normal! Eric might not be able to make it, so it'll leave me in charge. You guys are screwed now! :P

It was fun seeing you again. You really would have loved running with Pyce he was a crack up. Too bad you missed it. You can tell he's been playing this too long. Dude was smashed and able to run on auto pilot without a hitch. He was at that really funny drunk stage.

I don't know what happened last night, but I know it does get out of hand, but since it is drunk run I always expect things to get out of hand, but when it gets to the point that I am not having fun I just bow out and call it a night. I always keep in mind my idea of fun might not be someone elses.

Seems I left just in time then. When people get too loud (enough that they get painfull) I just squelch them, but when I left it was just getting irritating. I will be back next week all the same eheh.
