Crafting/Upgrading/etc. & Min lvls

One thing that upsets me about crafting is that I see no way of knowing ahead of time, what the new min lvl will be.

Also whether something will actually bind to character or not. (they have done a slightly better job with the bind to char lately, but it still needs work I think.

Almost everything I have crafted has ended up a higher min lvl than the char that I wanted to use it.

And my Monk had a really awesome set of Armor from the Mindsunder/Dreaming Dark series that is not bound just to him.

I had to wait till I got a second set of Xoriat Armor before I would upgrade the first one....because I was totally unsure what the minimum lvl would be, or whether the armor would be bound after I upgraded it.




I also would not mind a way to undo an upgrade somehow....



I also have some issues with items that were bound to char originally but then the new items are bound to account.....really wish I could exchange my old ones fo rnew ones. Same with some Ioun Stones I have sitting around. (why I pulled these often five years ago and haven't pulled anymore since amazes me.

To calculate the min level you add the + on the shards, times by 2 and subtract 1
